Why Hypnosis For Stress Reduction Is a Powerful Stress Relief Technique

From where comes stress?

Stress doesn't come from your occupation (or lack of occupation) it comes from changes occurring in your life and your response to them.

About Dr Ken Grossman
Dr Grossman has been a Doctor of Clinical Hypnotherapy for more than 23 years and he has safely hypnotized tens of thousands of people.
